RETURN POLICY
30-Day Money Back Guarantee We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on any FILTERLIFT system. The original box and packaging must be returned in good, reusable condition to receive a full refund less the original shipping cost.
After 31 days and up to 90 days from the date of purchase, returns are accepted for a refund less a 20% restocking fee.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in like-new condition and in a similar state as when you received it.
- The original box and packaging must be reusable.
- We do not accept returns on units that have been modified, scratched, damaged, or abused, as they cannot be resold as certified pre-owned products.
Partial Refunds Partial refunds will be issued in the following situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Original box and packaging is not reusable.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
Exchanges We will replace defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at returns@filterlift.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Serial Number
- Name on Order
Return Shipping FILTERLIFT does not cover the cost of shipping returns back to us. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring the product is packaged properly to prevent damage during transit.

We can email you a prepaid return shipping label upon request; however, the full cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the product was damaged during use, you remain responsible for all shipping costs. If you receive a partial refund, the cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your refund.
Upon receipt of the product, refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process. We recommend you keep your tracking number. If you have not received a full or partial refund within 7 days after we receive your returned product, please contact us at returns@filterlift.com.
