WARRANTY

Overview This product has been designed, manufactured, and tested to the highest quality standards by FILTERLIFT. This Limited Warranty offered by FILTERLIFT covers defects in materials or workmanship in new FILTERLIFT products only. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Only consumers purchasing FILTERLIFT products directly through FILTERLIFT or authorized FILTERLIFT retailers or resellers may obtain coverage under our limited warranties.

What Is Covered FILTERLIFT warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

FILTERLIFT will replace at no charge to the consumer the defective parts only or, at FILTERLIFT’s option, replace any product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service, and maintenance. If FILTERLIFT is unable to provide a replacement or repair is not practical or cannot be made in a timely fashion, FILTERLIFT may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.

What Is Not Covered FILTERLIFT warranties do not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, acts of God, negligence, corrosion, modifications or mishandling.
  • Cosmetic damage, including dings, scratches, dents or cracks caused during installation even though they do not affect the structural or functional capability of the FILTERLIFT system.
  • Accessories or connected materials and products, or related products not designed, manufactured and tested by FILTERLIFT.

How Long Does Coverage Last Our warranty period begins on the documented date of purchase.

  • One (1) Year limited warranty on all parts for products installed by the homeowner.
  • Two (2) Year limited warranty on all parts for products professionally installed by a licensed HVAC contractor.

To qualify for the two-year warranty, the licensed HVAC contractor must document the serial number of the FILTERLIFT unit on their official installation invoice or work order.

FILTERLIFT covers damages resulting from improper handling or shipping of the FILTERLIFT system. There is no labor warranty for installation or removal.

Proof of professional installation by a licensed HVAC contractor (such as a copy of the contractor’s invoice clearly showing the license number and the FILTERLIFT serial number) is required to qualify for the two-year warranty period. Failure to provide valid proof will result in the standard one-year homeowner-installed warranty applying.

How to File a Claim FILTERLIFT will not provide any warranty coverage unless claims are made in compliance with all terms of the controlling warranty statement included with your FILTERLIFT system and you follow proper return procedures.
